Managing your Propela subscription
Your plan is managed in Settings → Billing, where you can change or cancel it at any time through the secure customer portal.
Propela sells one plan, Practice, billed per therapist per month, plus Enterprise for larger organisations — see the pricing page for what each includes. Every new practice starts on a 14-day trial of the full product.
