What clients can do in the portal
Each client gets a private portal, reached through a unique, expiring invite link. It is intentionally simpler and calmer than the clinician app.
In the portal, clients can
- View and request appointments
- Complete intake forms and assessments before their session
- Read and reply to secure messages
- Manage their contact details and emergency contacts
Clients only ever see their own data, and they can never reach the clinician app — separation is enforced at the database level.
